Lucy is an interactive CX platform to capture voice of customers through personalized conversations via messaging channels (SMS, FB Messenger, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc). By collecting, combining and analyzing feedback across all messaging channels into one simple dashboard, Lucy provides a re-marketing/retargeting tool to launch batch campaigns targeting custom audiences.
